How do I pay for a booking?
By card online right after booking, or with a 30% deposit and the balance due 21 days before departure.
Can I change or cancel a tour?
Yes. Change and cancellation terms are set by the tour operator and stated in your voucher. Our 24/7 support will help you make changes.
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements are listed on each destination's page. For Turkey and Egypt, Ukrainian citizens usually don't need a visa for short trips.
What's included in the insurance?
Basic medical insurance is included in most packages. Extended cover (sports, trip cancellation) can be added separately when booking.
