1. Who we are
lev.travel is an online service that aggregates offers from licensed tour operators and lets you compare and book a tour in one place. The company is registered in Ukraine, in the city of Lviv.

2. Role of the service
lev.travel acts as an intermediary between you and the tour operator. The contract for travel services is concluded directly between you and the operator, who assembles the tour and is responsible for its content and delivery.
We are not a tour operator or travel agent in the statutory sense and do not provide travel services ourselves. Tour information (prices, availability, conditions) comes from operators and may change before a booking is confirmed.
3. Registration and account
Booking may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

- we may suspend an account for breach of these Terms or suspected abuse.
4. Bookings and payment
Submitting a request on the site is a booking request. A booking is confirmed only after the tour operator confirms it and you receive a corresponding notification.
The final price, payment terms (full payment or a deposit with later balance) and the set of included services are determined by the tour operator and shown before payment and in the voucher.
Payments may be processed through payment partners. lev.travel does not store full payment card details.
5. Changes, cancellation and refunds
The terms for changing dates or travellers, cancelling a tour, applicable penalties and refund timelines are set by the tour operator and stated in the contract and voucher.
Change or cancellation requests are handled under the relevant operator’s rules. Our support team helps you submit and follow up on such requests.
6. Your responsibilities as a traveller
You are solely responsible for holding valid travel documents and meeting the visa and entry requirements of your destination and any transit countries.
- a valid passport with sufficient validity remaining;
- visas, permits and medical certificates where required;
- timely arrival for check-in and compliance with carrier and hotel rules;
- checking current health and safety requirements before departure.
7. Liability
lev.travel makes efforts to keep the information on the site accurate and current but does not guarantee the absence of errors in data supplied by operators.
The tour operator is responsible for the proper delivery of travel services (flight, accommodation, transfer, meals, etc.). To the extent permitted by law, the service’s liability is limited to the commission paid to us for the relevant booking.
We are not liable for force majeure, the acts of third parties, changes to carrier schedules or the decisions of border authorities.
8. Intellectual property
The name, logo, design, texts and source code of the site belong to lev.travel or are used lawfully. Use of these materials without written permission is prohibited, except for personal non-commercial viewing.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with the update date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled through negotiation are resolved by the courts of Ukraine under the applicable jurisdiction rules.
